2nd November 2025 was not an ordinary day. It was a historic beginning at Lady Hardinge Medical College — where 350 passionate volunteers pledged to become the Ambassadors of Viksit Bharat to duplicate Kerala model.

Each one of you represents a ray of hope — a symbol of a new BHARAT where every mother counts and every baby counts

We have seen how one state — Kerala — transformed its health indicators through dedicated doctors and people’s participation, awareness, and accountability.

Today, the torch is being passed to you after physical training & TOT material — to replicate that miracle across Bharat specially North.

We often say — If the will is there, the way appears. You are the will. You are the way.

You will bring together doctors / nurses of your city / district authorities / pregnant mothers / their families , ASHA workers, teachers and youth — to create awareness about MMR / PNMR, ensure antenatal care, safe delivery, nutrition, and immunization — so that no mother is left behind and no baby is lost.

This mission is not just about statistics — it’s about stories of lives saved, smiles restored, and futures secured.

Remember — the transformation of Bharat will not come from policies alone, but from dedicated people like you, who will act, motivate, and monitor.

So let us begin this journey with faith, hope ,commitment, and with pride — that we are building a Healthy, Viksit Bharat — Save mother, Save baby, and Happy family .
